A LOCAL MARKETPLACE FOR MAINE FLOWERS

The Maine Flower Collective is a member-owned cooperative that provides Maine flower growers and wholesale buyers with a centralized sales network and product delivery system. We strive to cultivate a collaborative and sustainable floriculture industry of local flower growers and professionals interested in selling and purchasing seasonal blooms as a reliable alternative to wholesale imported flowers.

For specialty cut flower farms, this translates to more time spent farming with less time dedicated to marketing, invoicing, and delivering. For florists, it means you can enjoy increased geographic access to floriculture products while simultaneously reducing the carbon footprint and transmit time of orders.

We are a Multi-stakeholder Cooperative

  • Member-owned and member-run. Our Board of Directors runs the Maine Flower Collective with the help of our volunteer working groups and employees.

  • Flower growers and floral buyers can apply to become Annual Users or Member-Owners of the Collective. Find information about our different membership types here.

  • One Member-Owner = one vote. All of our Member-Owners have equal say in decision-making!

  • Shared investment, responsibility, profit and risk.
